Russian federal police officers discovered a short take-off and landing reconnaissance airplane of the Aviatika class in the Zavodskoi district of Grozny on Monday. All the identification numbers on the plane had been filed off, so investigators will have to work to establish who operated it and to what purpose, an official in the provisional Interior Ministry press center in Mozdok told Interfax on Tuesday. //Interfax
