Russia announces another air-defence super missile

Russian "Antei" enterprise assembled first SAM system in the world today featuring elements of artificial intellect.
Ministry of Defence confirmed that national defense industry managed a major breakthrough in air defence technology which is yet to be matched anywhere else in the world.
Missile, retaining all the best qualities of the famous Tor-M1 system, was designed to defend ground based installations against any kind of aircraft - primarily stealth aircraft
The most unique destinction of it, is the capability of detecting, tracking and neutralizing most dangerous targets indepently from ground based command posts.
As a reminder, Tor-M1 requires "Ranzhir" command post for succesful completition of similar task.
