As it notes in the usual sources, there is the 279th "separated ship fighter air regiment", which has an Su-33 and Su-25UTG planes. Quantity of a planes may be changed, but as usually there were 20 Su-33 and 4 Su-25UTG. There were also a few Ka-27 from the 830th "separated ship ASW helicopter air regiment".
"Separated" - it means being under the North Fleet command itself, not under the intermediate air staffs commands

Ну, есть сомнения - это понятие весьма неоднозначное.
Особенно на фоне многочисленых (из разных источников) заявлений, что Кузнецов вообще плавать не сможет. Что опровергается 2-я последними годами вчистую.
А сколько за эти два года на Кузе проведено ракетных стрельб гранитами?
Самолеты вон тоже на него садиться могут, но не всем повезло 
Мне вообще интересно, "Кузнецов" своим главным калибром когда нить стрелял?

I'd like to ask to forgive me - the launching sets block is placed between 1st and 2nd starting positions, aft of the ramp. Probably, it gives the ability to receive the aircraft when the missile are launching, but not allowed to takeoff them.
Moreover, I don't know exactly, is the waterfilling of the missile shafts so compulsory
