I think it can be "Отчаянный" before 1985 (no salute guns and boxes I see)
But it can also be a photoshop fake - number is "Pacific"
but all 3 ships are from North Fleet

Was there a rule about shipboard number between four fleet at Soviet Union period?? as I know, this is their shipboard number :

«Современный» / “Sovremenniy” (NF)
№: 670 (1980), 760 (1981), 618 (1982), 680 (1982), 402 (1982), 441 (1984), 420 (1988), 431 (1990 and is last №)

«Отчаянный» / “Otchayanniy” (NF)
№: 431 1981), 684 (1982), 460 (1985), 405 (1987), 417 (1990), 433 (1990), 475 (1991 and is last №)

«Отличный» / “Otlichniy” (NF)
№: 671 (1983), 403 (at 05.06.1985), 434 (at 06.1988), 408 (1990), 151 (1991), 474 (1992 and is last №)

6** is on trials and during relocation from North Yard, also Baltic Fleet
4** North Fleet
7** Pacific fleet

Yes we have some kind of differense near 1991 but in general it works

Radar configuration is from 1-3 ships but number is not.
