GEM 2000 is conceived as a Forum of experts, involved in research, development, construction and certification of ships and craft utilizing ground effect, in particular, ekranoplans - a high-speed sea transportation alternative of the next millenium. It is also open to students and all those interested in the phenomena and applications of aerodynamic ground effect

Registration fee for participants covers: formal invitation and visa support fee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attendance of technical sessions, Proceedings of GEM2000, coffee breaks, reception and banquet.

Deadlines:
250 word abstract due February 15, 2000
Full paper due May 15, 2000. Full paper should be submitted by email (as an attached file) in Word for Windows format.
Full Papers:
Full papers should be prepared in Word 97 (or preceding versions)
for Windows. Use font “NT Times” 12 pt, page format A4 (297 mm
by 210 mm), make all margins (side, top, bottom) 1 inch. The number
of pages should not exceed 15 with Figures and Bibliography.
Language of the Conference: English
