Вода никак не рефлексурует хорошо - при синтеза ее молекулы получаются около 20 000 гр., а сопло никак не может развит такая температура. В теория ракетных двигателей рассматривают адиабатны процесс/ето можно, но нет в данным случай/, но тут процесс не адиабатны
