Job: Quality Manager Avionics Systems/Software

RH PARTNERS / THALES Avionics Moscow company looking for Manager of Quality in Moscow specially for project RRJ between "Sykhoy" and THALES

Program activities :
- Day to day focal point with SCAC Quality to understand Sykhoy Quality needs (Facilitator between Sykhoy and THALES Toulouse)
- Participation to progress meeting
- Review preparation support
- Quality status during development and production (Supply Chain Mgt support and evaluation) in the different A/C production site => contribution to Quality Report.
- Contact with other Systems to optimise working methods (support to Moscow THALES team for this activity)
- Capitalisation of "know how" on Sykhoy/THALES relationships concerning Quality (first) but also for other activities.

System/Software activities :
- System and Software Certification support to local team and coaches,
- Configuration Management support to Sykhoy and THALES Moscow team in order to define/optimise process, means and tools especially on Test Benches, Simulator, Electronic Bird and potentially on A/C.
- Day to day interface with Sykhoy SW Quality
- Complementary Training for Sykhoy SW Quality team (Certification process, technical review and audit)
- Technical Review preparation support (SSR, PDR/CDR, TRR)
- Process evaluations of Sykhoy SW development (once for every application phase)
- Configuration audit to prepare software delivery acceptance to Toulouse
- Report all quality status and issues to WP4.3 Quality
- Raise whenever is necessary alarms and warnings to WP4.3 Quality about respect of process and DO178B compliance

Experience :
Experience in System/Software development,
Knowledge of Development process (Activities, Reviews, type of Documentation) : DoD 21 67 A for example.
Experience in ARP 4754 (System aspect of Certification) and Do 178 B (Software aspect of Certification)

Best : knowledge of both Russian and Western development process, production and Supply Chain Mgt

Skills :
If Native Russian: English
If not Native Russian: Russian and English or French
Facilitator and Service/support Minded

Salary:1800$+social package+mobile telephone+mobile computer+meal+compensation of transport expenses
