Behind the gun is the Bofors ASW Mortar:

With an obviously short (and hence useless) range by now:

Inside, the ships are typical for their age, a huge crew (approx 160men and women), makes for a rather small cabin.
The steel bars of course there, as in all ships, to avoid you from rolling out of your bed during bad weather:

Here is the Sonar/ASW console in the CIC:

with next to it, the surface console (so that they can work together rather easily):

On the other side (sitting back to back) is the IFF console (although I think this one is one of the upgrades that was made just before this picture was taken):

Here is the messroom with some very typical things. A Belgian ship, with foreign beer brands on the wall...

And the kitchen:

More aft are the Exocet launchers, which were for once, in place. Normally you never see them with the Exocets. They only launch one each year and they've had quite some trouble with them:

And behind the Exocets, one deck lower, you have the main air defence in shape of the SeaSparrow, which was common for that time on NATO Frigates in the '70s.

Another Belgian practice can be seen there, the Marsupilami on the launcher. All Belgian ships have such cartoon firgures around the ship. They seem to be part of the "crew", so if the crew of one boat goes to another, they take their cartoon figure with them. The Tripartite CMT's all have Looney Tunes figures.
And the bridge is what it always was:

Note the funny steering wheel:

The sight from the bridge is not overly good:

And here are some older pictures from one of the times she went into dry dock (they spend more time in there than they do at sea):
The propulsion system with the two variable pitch propellors. (and a single rudder, which is far from efficient)

And the hull mounted sonar:
