Вот порылся в своем архиве, нашел кучу интересных фоток по судам на ПК, когдато полученные от одного коллеги с Москвы, скорее всего информация из сети, так что заранее пардон если будут баяны...
Model Kometa Hydrofoil
Description from Ho Sing. April 2002
Here are some pictures of the kit. The plan in the background is a photocopy sent in by someone who just happens to have it, but has no other information.
I had inherited an antique fiberglass model of the Kometa Hydrofoil (Made by Siderea Model in Rome, Italy. It was sold by the Mantua Model company in the 80s.). The model is about 1.2 meters long (4ft) and seems to be built for R/C, it also has scale features (white metal window frames, lifesavers, fittings) as it has comes with a sturdy gearbox to drive 2 contra rotating props (Engine size is supposed to be a .90 glow). It comes with all the foils (extruded alu and curved), and foil legs (cast metal). The picture of the bare hull is attached.
I'm still curious if anyone has built or run these things before. I'm definitely attempting to build it as a scale replica first, I have already gotten most of the pictures on the web, and was wondering if there were any other references for this boat (Plans, Paint schemes, etc). I'm keeping the R/C option open as I will build it to be lightweight, and main problem if about the location of the hardware, CofG, drive angle, etc.
I do not have the plans or instructions for this kit. I was wondering if anyone had come across this, and what were their experiences building and running this kit?
Thanks,
Ho Sing
