Ukraine Dispatches Modernized SU-27 Fighter Aircraft to the New Border with Crimea

В связи со сложной ситуацией на границе с Крымом Украина приняла меры по наращиванию своей военной группировки на юге страны.
В течение последней недели марта в южный украинский город Николаев прибыли четыре модернизированных истребителя Су-27 из состава 831-й бригады тактической авиации ВВС Украины. На главной базе в Миргороде (западная Украина) в боеготовом состоянии находятся еще 9 Су-27 и пять Су-27УБ.
На полигоне под Киевом состоялась демонстрация новых образцов военной техники, средств связи и индивидуальной защиты, стрелкового оружия, полностью произведенных украинской военной промышленностью. Некоторые из них превосходили лучшие иностранные альтернативы. Например, пуленепробиваемый жилет по своей прочности превосходит стандарты НАТО.
Новейшие танки «Оплот» и «Булат» во время стрельб показали высокую точность поражения целей как с ходу, так и со стоянки. В стрельбах также приняли участие бронетранспортеры БТР-3 и БТР-4. Самолеты и вертолеты выполняли маневры для уклонения от огня ПВО противника. Исполняющий обязанности президента Украины Алекандр Турчинов остался доволен увиденным и заявил, что отечественная промышленность способна производить вооружение по замкнутому циклу. Он также заявил, что несмотря на сложные экономические условия страна будет делать все возможное для перевооружения армии. Представители промышленности высказывали мнение, что лучшей поддержкой военно-промышленного комплекса станут не льготы и субсидии, а регулярные правительственные заказы.
На заключительном брифинге Турчинов заявил, что и в XXI веке возможно возникновение местных и региональных военных конфликтов, современная страна не может существовать без современной армии. «В течение последних четырех лет армия систематически уничтожалась по требованию другой страны, армия была полностью разоружена, многие специалисты покинули ее ряды. Когда началась агрессия против Украины и Россия аннексировала Крым, мы столкнулись с серьезными проблемами в области обороны. Сегодня стоит задача восстановить армию. В кратчайшие сроки вооруженные силы Украины приведены в состояние боевой готовности, но вопрос перевооружения армии твердо стоит на повестке дня», сказал Турчинов.

Pléiades imagery captured on 14 March 2014 shows an increased Russian tactical air presence at Primorsko-Akhtarsk Airbase in southern Russia. The airbase, subordinate to the 4th Air and Air Defence Forces Command in the Southern Military District, hosts Sukhoi Su-25 ‘Frogfoot’ strike aircraft and Su-27 ‘Flanker’ air superiority fighters. 14 March imagery shows an increased presence at the airbase, with attack helicopters observed in residence.

Похоже действительно, это разные места. Я ранее в другой теме отмечал разницу в виде лесопосадок слева, при их одинаковой геометрии. Тут в лучшем размере хорошо видна разница в устройстве базы на втором и третьем снимках.

Каким бы DigitalGlobe фотки не делались, но без чёткого указания координат/времени/даты снимка + серии снимков одного и того же объекта, разнесённых по времени и позволяющих отследить динамику изменения ситуации вокруг объекта наблюдения, любая из этих satellite image - не более чем макет рисунка на рулоне пипифакса.
